J & S Seddon (Painting) are fully experienced in redecoration and maintenance works to occupied premises for Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities, Health and Education Establishments.
For every project we appoint a dedicated customer care advisor to act as a link between our team and the building occupiers, to minimise inconvenience to tenants.
Prior to commencement of any project, all occupiers are provided with a Tenant Information Pack, which gives relevant details of both ourselves and the work which we will be undertaking.
They will attend tenant forums, community meetings, schools etc and act as a point of contact for any concerns the occupiers may have.
As one of our standard KPI's, we will utilise a customer satisfaction questionnaire to monitor our performance from the occupiers' point of view to ensure that we continually improve our service provision.
