Tamworth Woman’s Lucky Draw
A TAMWORTH householder has had a brush with luck after winning a prize draw organised by a painting contractor.
Beryl Jackson received flowers and £100 in vouchers from J & S Seddon, who have been painting more than 4,500 homes across Lichfield and Tamworth under a major contract for housing association HomeZone Living.
As part of the service, J & S Seddon – working with ICI Paints - operates a customer satisfaction programme, where tenants are asked to give their opinion on the quality of their service.
All those who complete the form are entered into a free prize draw – and Mrs Jackson’s name was pulled out of the hat for her local area.
Mrs Jackson, who lives in Mile Oak, said: “This was a lovely surprise.
“The young painters who came to my home were really considerate and pleasant and it was a pleasure to deal with them.”
HomeZone Living managing director Amanda Tomlinson joined Andy Woodhouse, regional manager of J & S Seddon to present Beryl with her prize at her home.
Amanda said: “It’s really important to HomeZone that our contractors as well as our own colleagues give HomeZone customers the highest levels of service, and I’m really pleased that J & S Seddon provided such good quality service.”
