As well as holding the Investors In People Award, we operate a dedicated, purpose-built training centre, which provides the right environment for our operatives to develop new skills and enhance existing ones.
J & S Seddon (Painting) also employs both a Training Manager and an Apprenticeship Manager, who ensure all our staff have the support and resources they need to continuously develop their skills within the company.
All personnel receive an annual training and development review to ensure that they possess the required skills to carry out their work.
The delivery of effective training is fundamental to the success of J & S Seddon (Painting).
As well as our operatives, office staff, managers and directors work towards various initiatives to ensure they work to the highest standards.
CSCS accreditation has been achieved by our management team and site operatives, to ensure that our service provision is maintained at the highest level.
